Black-crowned Tityra in the grooming tree at Hacienda Baru on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica. Every once in a while I go through all the raw files and find one I overlooked. I am running out though and will have to go back soon.
Pintail at Riefel bird sanctuary
A very friendly and tame Ruby-crowned Kinglet at Jericho Park. Hung around my feet. I had to keep backing up to get it in focus. At which point it would move closer, feeding and catching my eye occasionally. We hung out for about three quarters of an hour before we spotted the Northern Goshawk.
